Participants must register for any class by paying the appropriate fee at least three weeks in advance to ensure space available. The class limit is 32 people for the recertification course. Checks can be made payable to:

Food Manager Recertification Course: $60
Test Language Availability:
The test is available in several different languages including Spanish,
Modern Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, French Canadian,
Arabic, Vietnamese and English. YOU MUST REQUEST A FOREIGN
LANGUAGE EXAMINAITON AT LEAST TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO ATTENDING CLASS TO ALLOW
FOR DELIVERY TIME.
Cancellation Policy:
Participants must call to cancel at least 2 business days prior to their scheduled class date to receive a refund. There is a non-refundable administration and materials fee of $20.00 for the Certified Food Manager Recertification Course.
Transfer Policy:
Participants must call to cancel at least two business days prior to their scheduled class date to request a transfer into a different class. Participants can only transfer once. No refund will be issued after a transfer has been requested.
