REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL CONTAINER OR A CONTAINER REPAIR

Residential waste collection customers of the City of Norfolk receive one 90-gallon container in which to set out their weekly household garbage for collection. If your weekly household garbage will not fit into one container, you may lease an additional 90-gallon container for approximately $5.00 per month. To request an additional container, please fill in the information below.  Damaged containers will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Waste Management.

NOTE: By submitting this request, you are agreeing to pay an additional container fee of $0.17 per day for the leased container. This charge will appear on your monthly HRUBS bill.
